- 1.A quarter-circle has a radius of 6 cm. Work out the exact perimeter of the quarter-circle, giving your answer in terms of π.
- 2.A three-digit code is made using the digits 1, 2 and 3, and each digit may be used more than once. Work out how many different three-digit codes can be made.
- 3.A restaurant adds a service charge of 15% to a bill of £120. Work out the service charge.
- 4.Rationalise the denominator of 6/√3, giving your answer in its simplest form.
- 5.Without using a calculator, estimate √20 × √12, giving your answer to the nearest whole number.

- 15.The decimal 0.272727... repeats the block 27 for ever. Write 0.27 recurring as a fraction in its simplest form.
