- 1.A cube has all of its edges the same length. How many planes of symmetry does it have?
- 2.A sector of a circle has radius 15 cm and angle 216°. Using π = 3.14, work out the arc length of the sector.
- 3.A hiker starts by walking on a bearing of 245°. She turns clockwise through 50°, then turns clockwise through a further 15°, and continues walking in a straight line. What bearing is she now walking on?

- 12.A builder lays a low wall made from identical bricks. The diagram shows the plan of the wall's footprint on a grid, where each square is one brick. The wall is built up to a height of 4 bricks everywhere. Work out the total number of bricks used.
- 13.A parallelogram has an area of 136 cm² and a base of 17 cm. Work out the perpendicular height of the parallelogram.
- 14.A circle has circumference 31.4 cm. Using π = 3.14, work out the radius of the circle.
- 15.Loose sweets are sold at £1.20 per 100 g. Work out the cost of 350 g of sweets.
