- 1.Two-digit numbers are made using the digits 1, 2, 3 and 4, and no digit may be used twice in the same number. Work out how many different two-digit numbers can be made.
- 2.2/3 of an amount of money is £30. Work out the amount.
- 3.The number 36 can be written as 2² × 3², and the number 84 can be written as 2² × 3 × 7. Work out the highest common factor of 36 and 84.

- 11.Write 0.35 as a fraction in its lowest terms.
- 12.Work out 35% of 180.
- 13.Write these numbers in order, starting with the smallest: −1.4, 5/4, −6/5, 1.3, 0
- 14.By listing systematically, work out how many two-digit multiples of 5 can be made using the digits 0, 3 and 5, if each digit can be used at most once and the number cannot start with 0.
- 15.A quiz has 50 questions. Freya answers 10% of them incorrectly. Work out how many questions she answers incorrectly.
