- 1.A spreadsheet shows that 812 − 397 = 315. Work out an estimate for 812 − 397, by rounding each number to the nearest 100, to check whether the spreadsheet's answer is reasonable.
- 2.Work out (−2/5) × (−10/3). Give your answer as a fraction in its simplest form.
- 3.Work out 2/5 + 1/4, giving your answer in its simplest form.
- 4.A pack contains 20 stickers. Noah gives 1/5 of the pack to his sister. Work out how many stickers he gives away.
