- 1.A straight line passes through the points (1, 3) and (2, 5). Work out the equation of the line.
- 2.A geometric sequence has first term 4 and common ratio √2. Work out the sum of the first three terms of the sequence, giving your answer in the form a + b√2.

- 14.The area of a circle is given by the formula A = πr², where r is the radius. Rearrange the formula to make r the subject.
- 15.A number, n, is tripled and then 4.5 is added. The result is 22.5. Form an equation and solve it to find n.
